Hi there! My name is Hailey and it is amazing to meet you, thank you so much for joining me today! This is all very new to me so let me just take a moment to introduce myself. I am a nineteen year old culinary student, a Disney Culinary Program alum, and I most importantly I have a deep passion for all things food and writing. Since I was young I have always had a fascination with the kitchen and how someone can transform simple ingredients into a compatible cohesive dish. Being able to create something extraordinary out of seemingly nothing has always amazed me. I want to be able to create delicious dishes that instantly make people as happy as they make me, and have them looking for more. The power that food has over people is incredible, a good dish can have the power to change a person’s life. Food is a major part of every single person’s existence because everyone needs it to survive. I want to make food that people don’t just need but also want. Food should be an experience not just a way to continue living. On this blog I hope to share my experiences, teach you techniques, and write about recipes that I have learned throughout my journey. I hope to use this as an outlet to improve my writing skills while also helping others to develop and improve their culinary skills. Just because you haven’t gone to culinary school or worked in a kitchen does not mean that you cannot be an amazing cook. I hope to help you become the best that you can be at all things food. I am still learning how to do this whole blog thing so just bear with me but I hope that I can have some kind of impact nonetheless.
